Shipping policy
We offer Free Standard Threshold delivery on all our Mattresses and Sleep Accessories weighing less than 2kg and over $100. This applies to major Canadian markets or cities: Calgary, Edmonton, Vancouver, Kamloops, Victoria, Toronto, Ottawa, Winnipeg etc
Kindly message us with your postal codes for delivery if you are not sure we can deliver your purchase to you.
We offer Free Standard Threshold Shipping on all our furniture to major cities listed above. Additional fees may apply to some bulky sized and very heavy furniture items, some postal codes and remote areas.
Furniture could cost a lot to ship. We try as much as possible to factor this into the pricing of our products so as to avoid surprises at checkout.
In rare situations, if the delivery fee is over our estimated cost for Standard Curbside delivery, we will contact you to pay the difference once we receive your order.
If there is an added delivery fee based on your delivery postal code and information from our logistics partner due to the size and weight of the item(s) on your order, you have the right to cancel your order and get full refund if the delivery fee is not convenient for you.
Customers can request for "Room Of Choice" or "White Glove Delivery" service if needed. Additional fee applies based on the delivery provider. Kindly send additional delivery service request to support@slothnation.ca after you place your order. Please include your Order Number and full delivery address as stated on your order. We will get back to you within 1-2 business days with the additional charge before your order ships.
We only deliver to verified physical addresses. We do not deliver to PO Box.
You must be available to accept your delivery on your delivery date between 9am to 5pm from Monday to Friday. In most cases the carrier will call you ahead of time to set a delivery date and time window for your delivery. If you need a delivery time or day outside of the normal delivery time window, then you will be required to pay a fee. Please contact us to request a quote for a delivery time or day outside of the normal delivery time window.
If the package appears damaged, please write "Package Damaged" when you sign for the delivery. After receiving the package, please email us immediately. We will contact you to proceed with the damage claim. Please DO NOT throw away the boxes or packaging materials, otherwise, your claim will not be honored by the shipping company. We are not directly liable for any loss, theft, or damages, during delivery. Please be patient as we have to claim the damage with the shipping courier and send you the parts or replacement.
NOTE: Products that ship from EU manufacturers or ships from USA without being made in the United States may attract Import duty of about 7-9% upon delivery. Sloth Nation handles the delivery fee. Customers are responsible for Import duty charges upon delivery of these specific product. Kindly message us in the chat app if you are not sure the item you are about to purchase attracts import duty or not. Its usually stated in the product description that the specific product ships from outside Canada.
90% of our products ship from Canada with free delivery and no import duty charges.
