Refund policy

At SLOTH Nation Canada, we ensure all products we sell are of the best quality and the vendors we work with are trusted names in the industry. These products do come with custom manufacturer warranties: Check our warranty page for details.

CANCELLATION OR RETURN:

Thousands of customers have been happy with our customer service because of our easy returns program which makes your purchasing experience as simple as possible.

All purchases may be cancelled if a customer changes his/her mind within 24 hours of placing the order and or if the order has not shipped from our warehouse. Kindly note that most of our items ship within 24-48 hours. 

In the case of an order that has already shipped, we would attempt to recall it from the courier company if possible and if the order is still within 24 hours from the time a customer placed the order. If recall is not successful, then the customer would have to wait and receive the delivery as scheduled, then initiate a return request within 5 days of receiving the product, through our customer service channel:  support@slothnation.ca

 

Return of delivered items may be requested by customers within 5 days of receiving the product if they change their mind about the product or the item might not work in their space as envisioned. Returns are only accepted if the product is never opened from the original package, never assembled, and never used, with the packaging seal still intact as delivered.

Customers will bear the return shipping costs for returns initiated due to change of mind or no-fit reasons.  A Shipping Tracking Number must be provided to our customer service team in order to confirm item has been delivered back to the warehouse address provided before refunds could be issued. Inspection of item received would be done by our warehouse team to confirm status of product received and customer claims. 

Refunds could take 5-7 business days to reflect in the original method of payment after its approved by our warehouse team upon inspection of received item.

NOTE:

Mattresses that are opened from the original packaging, Pillows, and other Bedding or Sleep Accessories are final sales once delivered in good condition. This is due to health and hygiene reasons!

 

Damaged Delivered Items:

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Customers do have 48 hours to report any defects or damages to products received from delivery time. You can report damage to product by contacting: support@slothnation.ca with pictures and video of product packaging it was delivered in, and defects or damages on product itself. This has to be done within 48 hours of receiving delivery in order to be considered valid claim. We will get back to you within 3 business days with exchange resolution. 

If a delivery or factory related damage claim is considered valid, we will cover the damages that occur in shipping or any manufacturer defects discovered upon delivery. You will need to send us pictures of the damages, the boxes, and other information for us to review in order to determine the best course of action. Sometimes it takes 3-5 business days to communicate damages to the product vendor and get it resolved.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 


If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange or following our resolution process will not be accepted. 

Accepted exchange resolution needs to be acted upon within 3 business days. If we don't here back from customer within this period, we would consider the item delivered and finalized.

Approved Refunds for Cancelled Order:
If a refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return and the refund has not yet reflected on the original method of payment, please contact us at  support@slothnation.ca
